Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We offer two shipping options, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Enjoy free USA shipping storewide with minimum spend of USD 50.
Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days, with shipping rate will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
Please note that orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to a brokerage and/or customs fee upon receipt. Be Fresh Life is not responsible for these additional fees as they are the responsibility of the recipient. Also note that brokerage fees are dictated by the brokerage agency, and often not consistent. For this, we recommend our Canadian and International prospects wait for our international shipping to be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you incorrectly enter your address but do not contact us before your order has shipped to correct your information, there will be an additional waiting period as well as an additional shipping charge for the new shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not fully support international shipping at this time. International shipping costs are costly and determined by weight. The customer is also responsible for the cost of duties or any additional fees that incur. We apologize for any inconvenience.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your online order. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee shipping date estimates or promise a product will be received by you within a specific time frame.
You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has been moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it is not able to be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for refund.
If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please reference the order ID provided in your confirmation email and reach out to us at hello@befreshlife.com. Please allow 48 business hours to receive a response to your inquiry. In the case of an order issue (order not delivered, missing items, etc.), please allow 48 business hours from confirmation of a request being submitted on your behalf to receive a resolution.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer free returns within 45 days of your order date for any eligible items purchased on our website and shipped within the contiguous United States. You must email our customer care team within 45 days of your order being placed to be eligible for a refund. If you contact our customer care team past 45 days of the date your order was placed, you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement. Our returns policy is only applicable for orders made on www.befreshlife.com, and not applicable to Amazon orders or any purchase of Be Fresh Life products made through physical retailers or any other online domain.
To initiate a return: Please email our customer care team at hello@befreshlife.com. Please have your order number prepared, and provide the reason you wish to return.
- For returns in the United States: a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns for a fee of $5.
- For returns in Canada: a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns for a fee of $15.
- For returns outside of the US and Canada: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties.
Please keep in mind that original shipping, handling fees, and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" are non-refundable. All sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are final.
Original shipping charges on orders are non-refundable once an order has been processed and marked as shipped.
Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has begun processing for shipment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to the point of being unusable. Our replacement policy is only applicable towards items purchased directly from www.befreshlife.com. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send us an email at hello@befreshlife.com to get started.
MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you are missing an item(s) that you ordered, received the wrong item(s), or if the products of your order are damaged upon arrival- we will gladly replace the item(s) with shipping covered.
You MUST provide our customer care team with a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for a free replacement.
Damaged Items: Please take a picture of the condition of the packaging it was shipped in, as well as a picture showing the damage to the product for our team to review. Please note that replacements are up to our team's discretion and minor defects/packaging damages are not covered.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been handed off to the delivery carrier specified on your return shipping label, you must inform our customer service team that your return has been completed. Our team will verify the shipping label has been received by the delivery carrier, and your refund will be issued once confirmed.
If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your return receipt, first check your bank account again. Then contact your banking institution or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or credit.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
